Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of autono.co and Autono services. Please read them carefully. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of autono.co and the services provided by Autono. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.
If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to you include that organization.
Our services
Autono designs, deploys, and operates software agents that automate operational work, including connecting to third-party tools you authorize, such as your Google Workspace, to perform tasks on your behalf.
The specific scope of work, deliverables, service levels, and fees for an engagement may be set out in a separate order form, statement of work, or written agreement. If any such agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the conflicting subject.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the services.
You are responsible for the credentials and connected accounts you use with the services, for keeping them secure, and for all activity that occurs through them.
Authorizing connected accounts
When you connect a Google Account or another third-party service, you authorize Autono to access the data and exercise the permissions you grant so that we can provide the services. You represent that you have the right and authority to grant that access for the relevant accounts and data.
Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may review or revoke Autono's access to your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to violate any law or the rights of others; to access, store, or process data you do not have the right to access; to send spam or distribute malware; or to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or related systems.
We may suspend or limit access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or as needed to protect the services, our users, or third parties.
Your content and data
You retain all rights to the data and content you provide to, or connect with, the services. You grant Autono a limited license to access, process, and store that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the services as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the legality of the data you connect, and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required for Autono to process it on your behalf.
Intellectual property
Autono and its licensors own the services, software, models, and all related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services during your term.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or create derivative works from the services.
Third-party services
The services integrate with third-party platforms, including Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and Autono is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.
Google, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar are trademarks of Google LLC. Autono is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
Fees
Where fees apply, they will be described in a separate order form or agreement and are due as stated there. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autono will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Autono's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Autono for the services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autono from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Term and termination
These Terms apply while you access or use the services. You may stop using the services and revoke connected-account access at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or as needed to comply with law or protect the services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.
Changes to the services and these terms
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for any dispute not subject to a separate agreement.
